Southern Drycleaners



						Southern Laundry & Drycleaners has a long and respected history in Swainsboro. We began in 1936 as Swainsboro Laundry located on West Main Street. In 1950 we were sold, and changed our name to Southern Laundry & Dry Cleaners. In the 1960's, we moved to a new location on South Green Street. A coin laundry was added at this time. In 1983, we moved to our present location of 111 East Church Street, where a brand new plant was built. This included an expansion of the coin laundry. In 1994, Southern Laundry began to restore and preserve wedding gowns on site. The community and the cleaning industry have gone through many changes through the years, and is still changing. Southern Laundry has adapted to these changes and continued to provide quality service for customers and we hope to be able to continue this for many years to come. Southern Laundry & Dry Cleaners is a full service dry cleaners, laundry and coin laundry. We exist to serve our customers. Our customers are always treated with respect and should be made to feel welcome. We appreciate them and their business.
